Do you still ship to Australia/Europe during the current COVID-19 crisis? What about US orders?

Yes, we do still ship within Australia and to Europe! The travel ban is only for passenger and NOT parcels/cargo. There are chances that your order is likely to be delayed for up to a week, but this may change. For European orders, we have now started shipping some of our hats from our new manufacturer in Europe. All US orders are NOT affected by this.

Can I send you a custom design or able modify to your hats? 

You sure can! Before ordering, just let us know what you'd like to modify and we'll sort it out for ya 😊

What size are your hats and beanies?

All our hats and beanies are designed as ‘one size fits all’.

How much is standard shipping?

Our shipping is FREE worldwide for purchases over $50 (2 hats or more), or $6.95 if your order is $49.99 or under.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we send out lots of International orders. If your country isn't available at the checkout and you would like to purchase an item, please contact us at hey@dadrack.com.

Which couriers do you ship with?

We send with DHL and USPS. All orders with be provided with a tracking number.

What payment options does Dadrack offer?

We offer a number of safe & secure payment options available. At the checkout, you can choose to pay with the following:

Credit Card (MasterCard or VISA), American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip and Coinbase.

What is the order process?

Once you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation email to inform you that your order has been lodged. After your order has been packed and fulfilled you will receive a shipment notification and a tracking number for your parcel. We aim to process and ship all orders between 2-5 business days. 

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on change of mind or because the product was not what you expected, so please choose carefully.

Returns will only be accepted if a claim is made within 30 days of purchase, you have a valid receipt for your purchase, and where that product has been supplied incorrectly or considerably differs from the description on the website. 

How can I return a hat(s)?

Once you have notified the team and your return request has been accepted:

1. Re-pack the item in its original packaging. All returns must be unused/unworn and in original condition with tags and stickers attached.

Please note that return postage is at your own cost. 

3. Once your return has been inspected and is accepted, you will be issued a refund to the value of the returned item(s).
